Ordering
Thanks for your interest in Sorapot! When you click the 
button above, you’ll be taken to a PayPal page - however, you do not need a PayPal account to place an order. Just click on the “Continue” link and you’ll be able to use nearly any credit card (see below). Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email from PayPal.
Shipping
For orders within the USA, UPS Ground shipping is $7.00. For anywhere else in the world, shipping via Air Parcel Post is $30 (Sorapots have landed in more than 15 different countries so far!). If you need your Sorapot in a hurry, I’m happy to ship using a faster method- just let me know and I’ll provide a price quote. All orders ship from our warehouse in Carlstadt, NJ.
Afterwards
Your Sorapot has arrived! Take some time to get to know your new teapot and send any questions to service@sorapot.com. I’d also love to hear what you think.
If you want to return your Sorapot for any reason at all, I’m happy to take it back and issue a complete refund, including return shipping. I make returns as easy as possible because I want everyone who has a Sorapot to love their Sorapot.
