Ground Shipping
For orders within the USA, UPS Ground shipping is $7.20 per Sorapot. Please refer to the map below to see how long it will take for a Sorapot to reach you. (Please note that these estimates do not include weekend days)
If you need your Sorapot in a hurry, I’m happy to ship using a faster method- just let me know and I’ll provide a price quote. All orders ship from our warehouse in Carlstadt, NJ.
International Shipping
Please allow 6-8 days for your Sorapot to arrive internationally. International shipping via Air Parcel Post is calculated based on $.50 USD per ounce (Sorapots have landed in more than 15 different countries so far!).
Afterwards
Your Sorapot has arrived! Take some time to get to know your new teapot and send any questions to service@sorapot.com. I’d also love to hear what you think.
If you want to return your Sorapot for any reason at all, I’m happy to take it back and issue a complete refund, including return shipping. I make returns as easy as possible because I want everyone who has a Sorapot to love their Sorapot.
